Journey Through Excellence
Over two decades of proven growth.
SouthGroup began operations in 2001 across the Russian Federation. The company’s first major achievement was completing the finishing works of the “Novotel Moscow Centre” hotel, followed by the construction of the first new hotel in Moscow in nearly 20 years. This period established SouthGroup as a reliable construction partner and set the groundwork for future growth.
During the construction boom in the Moscow region, SouthGroup delivered several premium residential developments, including the Pavlovo-1 and Pavlovo-2 complexes. At the same time, the company implemented one of its most important projects of that era — the multifunctional business complex Domnikov, now one of the largest business centers in Moscow.
SouthGroup entered a defining stage with its extensive involvement in the “Rosa Khutor” Ski Resort development. The company constructed 24 buildings, including hotels, apartment complexes, administrative facilities, and essential infrastructure — totaling over 275,000 m². This project significantly strengthened the company’s national reputation.
In recent years, SouthGroup adopted a fully integrated approach — combining architecture, engineering, design, construction, and project management under one structure. The company continues to deliver hotels, business centers, and residential complexes across Russia, applying advanced technologies and modern construction standards. Today, SouthGroup stands as one of the leading general contractors in the country.
